Meet Coach Cass

I’m Cassidy Saylor, founder of Two4Hoops. Before I was a coach or trainer, I was a player myself — just trying to figure it all out. I’ve experienced the highs of offers and rankings, but with the highs came the lows — lows of injuries, uncomfortable change, and learning things the hard way. Every part of my journey — the wins, the mistakes, the pressure — shaped the way I train and mentor athletes today.

I played college basketball at both the Division I and II levels. I started at Wagner College on a full ride, then transferred to East Stroudsburg University, where I graduated in 2025 with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Sport Management.

The vision of Two4Hoops goes beyond just skill work. It’s about development — on and off the court. I know what it’s like to struggle with confidence and feel the full weight of what it means to be an athlete. That’s why I make sure every player I work with feels seen, supported, and guided with care.

Along with running Two4Hoops, I coach 14u boys for GBA Elite, an AAU program based in Philadelphia, and serve as the assistant girls coach at Bethlehem Catholic HS. These roles bring me the joy of staying connected to the game at multiple levels — helping young athletes compete and improve year-round.

My mission is simple: help athletes become the best possible version of themselves. That means developing skill, character, and mindset — and creating a trusted space where they can grow in all three.
